As we recruit around the country, we always try to recruit advisors that have a relationship with an accounting firm. This is not a great secret, as I have published articles on the topic, but the devil’s in the details.

Our CPA/financial advisor partnership program is very robust, with over 100 accounting firms that are fully licensed with our firm that give our 120 advisors access to their clients. CPAs are attracted to our active management model, the ability to generate new revenues and provide new services to their clients, and our capability of handling complex wealth-management situations.
