Agood amount of our new business in the near future will come via the creation of a brand and service we are rolling out, 401KUSA. Through our relationships with third-party investment managers, we now provide sophisticated, risk-managed investment strategies to eligible 401(k) plan participants at various companies and professional firms. Our initial companies are primarily local health-care companies and legal firms.

We help eligible participants take full advantage of their retirement accounts through the benefits of investment strategies using dynamic risk management. We are excited by this opportunity to serve current and future clients by helping them mitigate market volatility in their retirement accounts while seeking growth opportunities through full market cycles.

We reach out to the human resource departments of eligible companies and highlight the value-added service we can provide to their employees with minimal effort required from the company. Optimally, we will be seen as a trusted and valuable resource for both the employer and their employees. In some cases, we may have group meetings with employees, followed by individual sessions. We may also work directly with individual employees.
